Alamo Concrete uses COMMANDtract and TrackIt
My idea is for the Dispatch Summary "Status" sort to have a Filter option that will display a list of the trucks by the status of the job flow as follows:
TICKETED
LOADING
TO JOB
AT JOB
BEGIN POUR
END POUR
RETURNING
AT PLANT
ANY OTHER STATUS TRUCK IS IN WOULD BE DISPLAYED BELOW THIS LIST.
CLOCK IN
COMPLETE PRE-TRIP
ect...
1st Image is sort by EQUIP 2nd image is Sort by PLANT 3rd by Order 4th by Time and 5th by Status.
me as a dispatcher who tries and wants to use Trackit these screen shots if the sorts where maybe in a different order would work for me.
1st look at all the Permanent hot spots and how it clutters my map. when sorting by an Order - please only display a hotspot associated with that order.. (side note I use MapIT when creating an order and map the address to job.. No hotspots are shown on the map during the creation which makes it difficult since most are new streets that Google maps can't find. That's why we create a permanent Hot spot around a Sub division and we can at least get the driver there. MapIT is Command ?? don't see a place to create and Idea, could you pass this along and maybe this issue could be resolved.? )
2nd in our logic and some is shared in the stats of some of Commands products.
I use COMMANDconcrete to create and order
within the order use MapIt to map it
COMMANDtrack is used to assign a truck to a ticket to that order
I use COMMANDtrack to monitor the progression of that order by the status.
Printed - Loading - To Job - On Job - Unloading - Washing - To Plant
and when the last truck has been delivered and is its status changes from To Plant - At Plant that is a completed order and goes off to get billed.
notice the names used above
"Printed" that's what TrackIt calls "Ticketed" "Unloading" to TrackIt "Begin Pour" and "Washing" to "End Pour" and last "To Plant" to Trackit "Returning"
* *I dont care which is named what but make them the same between the two applications. And create a sort that fits the logic of the job flow.. example what is the Time sort? It only shows the current time **
