Some of the rural areas don't have an street sign, or new division is not updated on any map platform. Customer can send or share their location by sending a pin drop to the dispatchers company cell phone. Dispatcher can then pin drop the location on the track it map and send it to the driver for a more accurate onsite arrival of customer products.
