dispute ticket option on the batch ticket report screen

in the batch ticket screen there are often errors within the system and how it reports. I want to be able to dispute that a tickets information is correct. Often the report shows a driver not following procedure, IE drum speed, when its actually another issue completely. firmware malfunction, incorrect job status, equipment charging issue. All of these trigger a drum not slowed icon on reports. we should be able to dispute a ticket and have that ticket removed from the drivers scorecard.
