I am not sure if this would be feasible but there have been a few times where someone has started driving a vehicle without being logged in to TrackIt, and I am unsure who is using the vehicle. It would be helpful, if possible, to be able to send a message directly to the tablet to alert the driver in this event in order to figure out who is operating the vehicle.
