Click the 'Send Message' icon under dispatch summary for the easiest accessible view. This will allow you to send messages by a number of different categories. If you want to just send a message to multiple trucks that are not in one of the categories already listed, in the specific Equipment field, hold CTRL on your keyboard and click to select multiple trucks.
