Hot spots that will send a message to trackit device

i think we could benefit from a hot spot that didnt toggle a status but would sent the driver a message to the device warning them of hazards "Steep Grades, Narrow Roads EXC"

    I have a few trucks not getting any info to their tablet and they are set up correctly from what I can see. Please look at 510908 and 510908 on the CPM trackit site
