Message driver from Driver Dispatch screen.

It would be useful to be able to message from the Driver Dispatch screen rather than only from the Equipment Dispatch screen. When the drivers have to drive different trucks you have to go to the Drivers Dispatch screen to see what truck they are driving and then go the Equipment Dispatch screen to send them a message. It would cut out some steps.

    While this capability does not exist from the Employee Dispatch screen today, it is a newer capability to send messages to Employees directly from the Equipment Map
