We have our own intranet site for users to request help with issues, review how to documents and SOP documents that supplement the TrackIt and CMDseries documentation.
If we had the ability to add in a custom link in the TrackIt website that would direct the user to our intranet site the user would have the ability to stay in the TrackIt application and seamlessly go to a link that directs them to a company help page.
