Add in a Driver/User Training Module to TrackIt to help with TrackIt adoption through interactive training. Drivers and desktop users have access to both generic Command Alkon product training content as well as Custom videos and documents made by the producer hosted in the cloud. There are numerous uses for this product feature, such as, train new drivers and desktop users, training on process change, specific company SOPs, safety training, producer company announcements and so many more.
Tracks the drivers/users training based on their login.
Access generic TrackIt training content library with ability to assign content for review (Documents / Videos).
Allow the producer to upload short videos (5 minutes or less) and or documents for review.
Allow simple quizzes to be built in following a video or document for review to test user knowledge.
Allow producer to assign due dates to content
Training Alerts - Allow configurable prompt to alert users on new training content.
Allow producer to control when a driver is able to access the content or force the content to be reviewed before starting work (Example: Assignable training date/time before shift starting time on assigned day(s).
Reports - Data on what content was viewed, date/time stamp started, duration minutes start/finish, driver/user Acknowledgment of the content, quiz scores/pass/fail with # of attempts.
Ability to Export report to other training systems or available API
Videos assigned to Drivers could be viewed in low resolution to keep mobile data usage low.
