I would like to see some sort of time stamp/audit log recording the time and person who sent the scheduled times out.

It would be useful because its easy to forget if you sent them or not and when or who sent them. It would benefit dispatchers, plant managers and even operations management, anyone who sends out the schedule and anyone in charge of those who send out the schedule. When the schedule is sent put a spot at the top of the page for a timestamp and possibly add the last name of the person in that area who sent them.
