We have to draw multiple geofences around the same plant for each status loop. Can we have a permanent hotspot that multiple status loops are assigned?
We recently found out that a multi-purpose hotspot cannot be set as a default.
We're required to have a default set for "at jobsite" type geofences that are auto created by Integra Dispatch in our case.
Hopefully there is a way to allow these multi-purpose geofences to be set as default in the future.
Keian, Is that so the Dispatch knows immediately when the vehicle enters the Plant Geofence?
Jennifer, Thank you for bringing this up. Tthis should be part of the solution already, but we will address this use case to make sure.
It would also be nice to take this a step further and include job hotspots, but allow multiple truck types with different status loops to access the same hotspot. Exit and Enter statuses will need to be taken into consideration.
In addition, we'd like a way to speed up at plant status.
Increase polling frequency when tracking device Lat&Long is in 'to plant' status and within a set radius.
