Multiple people monitor the mapping/trucks, but not everyone needs to be notified of every message that comes in. It would be nice if you could adjust the sound setting or mute the notification sound. We all wear headsets, so the sound comes in very loud and overtakes phone calls, and at times can be quite twinging.
