Simplify Driver Performance Calculations

We want to simplify the driver performance calculations by doing the following:

1. Remove the "Max Infractions" allowance functionality
2. Calculate all scores on a daily basis 
3. A weekly/monthly/yearly score will be the average of the daily scores in the specified period
4. Only days worked (or scheduled to work) will be applied to the score

Weights will still be applicable, but the score percentage in the reports will be based on 0 - 100%

End goal = Ensure both drivers and managers can understand the calculations
