The ability to have leftover PTO hours carry over from the previous year to the current year automatically. Right now, the only way to do it that we see is to manually enter remaining hours from the previous year into the current.
We don't want to lose the ability to track previous years PTO usage, and/or skew the current year values causing misinterpretations of the actual currently available PTO.
