Map Settings > Map Options - Add "Map" tab to user Preferences

To eliminate having to uncheck Map option; "View Hot Spots" every time after login, add this option to or create a "Map" Options tab under "Preferences" options. This will help others who use the Equipment Map, but only need to view or track units on the map. Currently, one has to r-click on the Equipment Map and uncheck this option every time after login.

      Let me check with engineering to see how much work it is. If it is easy, then I can look at squeezing it in somewhere. But I can't commit to anything at this point.

      HI Mark, I know this idea has not received but 2 votes, but do you think this will ever be an option for User Preferences? I have to open the map several times a day and always have to uncheck the View Hot Spots option to declutter my view.
