Bring 3rd party app to foreground on status entry/exit

I want to configure the TrackIt app status to trigger bringing a specified 3rd party app to the foreground when a status is entered or exited.

For example:

We utilize Pre-Trip & Post-Trip statuses. Upon entry of the status I would like to have the 3rd party app used for DVIR/HoS to automatically come to the foreground to automate the driver process.

    Pre-Trip and Post-Trip will auto-launch our Cloud DVIR product. We will review this capability for 3rd party applications.
