ID which user sent a wash out code to the truck's tablet

When trucks are sitting in the yard sometimes, they receive a washout code that could have been sent by mistake by someone. The problem is that the driver does not know that and sometimes they end up clocking out and parking the truck. Being able to see who send these codes is good for accountability in case there is a loss in the process of and also is good for training purposes.
