When a driver answers a question such as marking any job hazards when he arrives on a job, the answers would be sent to the drivers behind going to the same job to alert them about any hazards.

ok. I think I get it. It may be even better to have some kind of a "Job Hazards" flag for the messages so that we can differentiate which ones need to be broadcasted to the rest of the drivers.

That is correct. Once the driver received this message...the system would somehow need to clear the ON JOB questions then so the driver(s) wouldn't need to answer them since he/she has already seen the JOB HAZARDS.
These messages would need to be queue'd up so that they get sent to drivers that are ticketed after the question is answered. TrackIt wouldn't know which drivers are on the same job otherwise.
In this case, the driver would receive the message as soon as they are ticketed.
If a driver is already ticketed on the same job, then they would receive the message immediately as long as they are not en route.
Let me know if I am not on the right track with this.
