Add a second email field under Employees

could we add a 2nd email field for sending out start times so we can add the driver's personal cell numbers as well as going to the tablet? we have issues every week with drivers not receiving start times even though we can verify that they were sent out multiple times. unless the drivers restart their tablets every day (sometimes they have to do it multiple times) the start times occasionally don't go through to their tablets. if we could add a second email field (like they have fields for phone # 1 & phone # 2) then we could have the starts sent to both the tablets and the drivers cells to make sure they receive it
