Distracted Driving caused by messages coming in on tablet

With distracted driving is becoming an increasing concern we need to improve the logic to lock out drivers from the tablet while still not impeding other activities. Example of no messaging while the truck is moving. The truck does stop at stop signs and traffic lights where the messaging will pop and beep until cleared which is annoying for drivers. If you add a time lock the problem then appears on the job site locking the tablet for that set time. We should also be able to stage messaging by status. This will allow the message to only pop up at the job site or at the plant.
