Restore PTT button on tablet screen when a channel is selected so drivers can communicate even if their bluetooth mics malfunction or loses charge.

    The driver can talk without a mic.  Just press and hold the channel you want to talk on.  Then they can use the tablet's mic/speaker to talk.
