Add a read receipt for start times to be sent to selected employees ( dispatch / batch) to show that drivers received and read their start time.
A read receipt would help eliminate drivers not showing up on time due to either not receiving a start time or making the excuse that they never received one.
Schedule Read Receipts has been completed. This does require a flag to be set by our support teams, so please reach out for additional information on its functionality and requirements.
Great idea Keith, I would like to see something similar. Due to some phone user having the read receipt turned off even a simple sent confirmation on track it website would be great. This would let schedulers know their start time was successfully transmitted to the employee.
I agree it would be beneficial to be able to access it on trackit instead of individually, everyone in my organization that would need access to the information would be able to access it.
Interesting idea! I can see the value. I'm wondering if we want each read receipt to be sent individually or should we have this in a report that gets emailed once? Or can be accessed via trackit. Let me know your thoughts on what would work for a real-life scenario.
I'll keep thinking about the implementation experience as well.
