We would use it daily. We have 3 safety reps in Austin and 2 in San Antonio. Typically 1 in each area does jobsite assessments daily, but will only send out reports on the really bad job sites. The guys will typically go to the job sites that our sales guys or customers request first. Once those are assessed, then they look up the schedule for the next day, then do spot checks on our trouble customers or trouble areas. They only send reports to servicing plants if conditions warrant. We typically send on average 6 reports to various plants who service some high hazard jobs. If it's a rainy week or just had rain, could be more. Each report contains average 4 pictures with annotations added to the pictures. This is done through our phone or iPad. When we send the pictures you select the size you want to send, sm, md, lg, or actual. We typically send md pictures, and four average about 800kb in size total for all four.

Chad,  How often on a weekly basis do you think you would use this functionality if available?

This idea would be an optimal way to view hazardous jobsite conditions! I completely agree with Chad Savoy!

See attached pictures. We have safety personnel that go out to high risk, high profile jobs the day before to do job site hazard analyses and send the pictures to the plants to print out for the drivers to view prior to going to the job site. Having the capability to run it straight to the tablet would be optimal. I gives drivers a much better picture of what to expect as well as provide better direction. See attached. Drivers can use this to help prevent property damage on job site as well as injuries and rollovers.

We have the ability to go through Zello and push pictures through a job number now. But it's very tedious process to get this done. If there's any way to add a picture or pictures through the messaging system of trackit that would be easier. In order to get it working through Zello we have to turn off Surelock.
