Currently messages display in two ways:
1. Status questions (driver needs to provide response)
2. Dispatcher sends message to truck(s) (driver needs to provide response)
One customer suggested the ability to enter a customizable message that will show throughout the day as a message bar. Not a message status card.
Just so I understand, what types of messages would be sent?
I'm trying to understand the scenarios where this would be used. We currently have messaging that can be sent to all vehicles. So I need to understand how this is different.
Is it connected to statuses at all?
