Equipment/Truck Availability

We would like to use TrackIt to manage truck availability. In equipment, we can only select/change where the truck is located by changing the home plant designation and the last plant designation. In TrackIt we do not have a way to indicate whether the truck is new, available, for sale, sold, in the shop, etc... It would be helpful if we were able to use geofencing and truck movement to automatically move equipment/trucks into "available" status. We would like to push this information into truck availability in CommandSeries. We would also like this information available in Web Services.
