Be able to print tickets by right clicking on the truck assigned to load
Right now it takes a multitude of keystrokes to print out the tickets that we stuff into our drivers folders in the morning. If you could just right-click on the truck that is dispatched to an order and hit print...that would be awesome!
This WAS an idea for us to use for our first load of the day. We WERE printing out the ticket from HAUL IT and putting them in the drivers folders, however since the whole COVID thing, we just let the drivers go straight to their trucks and get their 1st load from the tablet. There are sooo many steps to print out the ticket, that I thought it would just be easier if you could right click from dispatch screen on the truck # and print.
Tracey, Do you mean from CommandTrack? Or from within TrackIt? TrackIt generally has a minimal amount of ticket information, less than CommandSeries. Our purpose for the ticket is the destination address and general customer/order/product details. I am wondering if you are trying to print from CommandSeries the complete ticket - which would need to be done on that side (not TrackIt).
