Add Equipment Home Plant to Alert Notifications that are reporting an Equipment Number

Request to add the Home Plant to a question alert for Equipment Alert notification and any Alert that has an Equipment number.

Example

Subject: [EXTERNAL](Critical) Question Alert for Equipment # : 73.

Question : Are You Currently Experiencing Tablet and/or Microphone Problems?
Answer : Yes
Equipment #: 100
Equipment Desc: Ready Mix
Employee: (Employee Name)
Time of Alert: 2020-12-10 07:53:06
Latest status change : PRE-TRIP @ 2020-12-10 07:51:42
Latest location : (google map location shown here)

Customer would like the HomePlant added somewhere in the list of info sent in the Notification and in the Subject line of the email

This would help reduce time reviewing and organizing who generated alerts for the customer.
