Map Settings > Map Options - Add "Map" tab to user Preferences

To eliminate having to uncheck Map option; "View Hot Spots" every time after login, add this option to or create a "Map" Options tab under "Preferences" options. This will help others who use the Equipment Map, but only need to view or track units...
