Be able to change Home Page "Widget" to "LOADED" rather than "Loading Time"

"Loading Time" is what it is. "Loaded" status requires 1 on 1 coaching and is where these plants get hit the most as for "On Time" reporting.

Send automated alerts to group (ie, safety)

We would like to add an automated reporting system (weekly) so that we could filter safety alerts to managers/safety group on a weekly basis.
