because its sends the emails to the junk folder every time

      This is a current TrackIt capability.

      Please visit Settings>Employee>Employee

      When editing an individual employee you will see a ? next to the Email Address field. Upon clicking this field, you will see the format of which phone numbers must be to text the schedule rather than email. See screenshots below.
