add "Search" in all report that have query by

Main > reports > daily breakdown, in Query by we have a dropdown list of "select equipment" or "select employee". it will be great if we have "search" in the dropdown list, which allow user to key in the require "Equipment" or "employee".

reason of add this allow user to search then select the desire equipment or employee
