Create a KPI summary that include: (Avg.1st ticket time),(Avg. 1st load time), (Avg time to clock out), (Avg time between tickets), (Avg load size), (Driver yph)
The driver hours tab on the drivers tablet would be more helpful to display the total hours as well as hours remaining out of 60 total and 70 total hours for the week.
The Login Logout API doesn't provide login data to the login field until logout has been completed. We need the login field to be populated when the login occurs so we can track available hours for drivers during the day.
Please add the ability to automate/schedule reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with a provided distribution list. Providing easier access to this data at a regular basis makes it much more visible to all who need the information.
Batch Summary Report - Auto-Refresh or Dashboard Display
For sites that use the CMDassurance Probe the Batch Summary report is critical. QC is having to run this report repeatedly. The user would like to be able to have the report displayed with an option to "Auto-Refresh" on a specified interval.
